百創(chuàng)空間轉(zhuǎn)錄組以原片無錯高清H&E+原片無錯熒光+原片測序，“三片合一”實現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)的細(xì)胞分割，將空間轉(zhuǎn)錄組推進(jìn)到單細(xì)胞分辨率的領(lǐng)域。

本著持續(xù)創(chuàng)新，深耕時空領(lǐng)域的決心，經(jīng)過又潛心研發(fā)，百創(chuàng)智造于2024年3月27日在山東青島正式發(fā)布了百創(chuàng)S3000空間轉(zhuǎn)錄組芯片，讓空間組學(xué)的性能再進(jìn)一步。

百創(chuàng)S3000在6.8mm*6.8mm的捕獲區(qū)域內(nèi)鋪設(shè)了4,144,770個捕獲位點，相鄰兩個捕獲位點的中心距為3.5μm。

相較于現(xiàn)在廣受市場認(rèn)可與好評的百創(chuàng)S1000轉(zhuǎn)錄組芯片，捕獲位點數(shù)提升近2倍，分辨率同樣提升近2倍

在相同的測序飽和度下，單細(xì)胞級別分辨率下中位UMI提升了30%~70%，中位基因數(shù)提升30%-60%。
